Kristian has worked in the recruitment industry for over 2 decades.  
He began in London, England and has spent the last 15+ years in Asia Pacific (Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Fukuoka).

“My first full time role was as a Researcher in the City of London, where I eventually led a team.  I covered financial services, law, commerce and industry and management consulting.  Early on I specialized in legal and compliance recruitment, which later branched out to legal, risk, compliance and government affairs.

Serving a wide variety of clients has been an endlessly fascinating journey.  Whether multinational companies, fast-growing organizations, established family-owned businesses, National champions or startups.  My geographical focus is Greater China, ANZ, Singapore & Southeast Asia, Korea, Japan and India.

My love for research has not dimmed and remains at the heart of my work.  We invest a great deal of time to understand our clients and candidates goals in every engagement.  It is immensely satisfying identifying exceptional talent and presenting life-changing career opportunities to professionals within our network.
